Brita Bjørkelo

Brita's research covers WOP, whistleblowing, leadership, psychosocial work environment, diversity, professional development, knowledge production and ethics.

Brita leads the NordForsk financed project “Understanding and Intervening against Sexual harassment” (2023-2027).

She also leads a working package on the EU Horizon funded Clarus project (2023-2026), as well as the research projects "Diversity in Education and Organisation", the “Police Study” with Bjørn Lau (UiO), and the “Working Conditions in the Control Room-national survey” project. 

Brita leads the “Organisation and Leadership" research group at the Norwegian Police University College and previously led the RCN financed project “A matter of facts” (2020-2026), of which she now is a member, and the FIX-project (RCN financed), and is a previous editor, and now member of the Editorial board, of the Nordic Journal of Studies in Policing.
